Manila, Philippines— The trust rating of President Rodrigo Duterte went up in the third quarter based in the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey. The President got a trust rating of +62 or “very good” for the third quarter of 2018, this is 5 points higher than the previous quarter.
In Metro Manila his trust rating went up by nine points to +51 and a +60 in Luzon.
In the Visayas, Dutertes’s trust rating remained at “good” and “excellent in Mindanao.
The survey was done from September 15 to 23, using face-to-face interviews of 1,500 adults: 600 in Balance Luzon and 300 each in Metro Manila, Visayas and Mindanao.
Sampling error margin for this SWS survey is ±3 percent for national percentages, ±4percent for Balance Luzon, and ±6 percent for other regions.
