SWS: “Very good” trust rating for Duterte in the 3rd quarter


Manila, Philippines The trust rating of President Rodrigo Duterte went up in the third quarter based in the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey. The President got a trust rating of +62 or “very good” for the third quarter of 2018, this is 5 points higher than the previous quarter.
In Metro Manila his trust rating went up by nine points to +51 and a +60 in Luzon.
In the Visayas, Dutertes’s trust rating remained at “good” and “excellent in Mindanao.
The survey was done from September 15 to 23, using face-to-face interviews of 1,500 adults: 600 in Balance Luzon and 300 each in Metro Manila, Visayas and Mindanao.
Sampling error margin for this SWS survey is ±3 percent for national percentages, ±4percent for Balance Luzon, and ±6 percent for other regions.
