Total entertainer Rico J Puno died of cardiac arrest Tuesday morning, Oct. 30.
Celebrities and fans took to social media to mourn the death of one of the country’s OPM legends.
The veteran singer underwent open heart surgery in 2015 and underwent an angioplasty last December 2017. He recently got a new pacemaker.
Puno’s death was announced on social media by his sister-in-law Anna Puno.
“I am seized with deep emotional shock when I found out that our OPM King – Kuya Rico J. Puno – has passed away this morning (Tuesday),” Anna said on her Instagram account.
