MANILA, Philippines – Nonong de Andres, popularly known as “Bangkay” in countless horror movies, has died.
He was found lifeless, Tuesday morning, Nov. 6 by a caretaker at the beach resort he was managing in Plaridel, Quezon. De Andres was 71years old.
His nephew Powee Capino announced the news in a November 6 Facebook post, “please pray for the eternal repose of the soul of my Tito Nonong who passed away early this morning,” Capino said.
