A buybust operation at Barangay Zapatera, Cebu City conducted by RPDEU/RSOG, RID7 against KKR and cohorts implementing PDEA coordination control number 20002-022019-0576. Ken Kenneth Manalastas Rosales, 31, Male, single and a resident of Tres Borces St., Mabolo, Cebu City was shot dead during the operation when he opened fire at the police.
Also arrested in the operation is Justin Anton Jimenez and Lorenz Jasper Famoso Yap cohorts of Rosales in the selling of Methelenydioxymethamphetamine locally known as Ecstasy. The operation resulted to the confiscation of several pieces of ecstasy and a black Volvo car. Rosales tagged as the main distributor of ecstasy in Cebu.
