PO3 Pacheco Pulgo recalled to PRO7 Regional Director Debold Sinas the circumstances on how he was shot by barangay tanod Felix Goc-ong in Lusaran last Friday dawn. Pulgo wore a bullet proof vest that saved him. Goc-ong died as the other members of the raiding team returned fire. Sinas visited Pulgo in UC Med where the cop is being treated.
