LIGAO CITY – 4th Sunflower Festival National Enduro Cup, an annual race spearheaded by Ligao City mayor Patty Gonzalez-Alsua. A part of the 18th City hood anniversary with the full support of congressman Fernando V. Gonzalez, Race director Mark Anthony Mijares said he expect more than 150 participants will join from the locals and neighboring provinces.
