PAO forensic expert revealed that Christine Lee Silawan was raped.

Public Attorneys Office (PAO) forensic expert Erwin Erfe revealed that Christine Lee Silawan was raped contrary to earlier findings. He conducted a reautopsy on the victim where he said that Silawan’s face was poured with an acid that skinned her face to the bone.
