With the new Chef’s rich experience in Western Cuisine coupled with his natural charm, he is delighted to bring his culinary expertise and exquisite dishes served with unique flavour to Cebu Grand Hotel.
Chef Gau started his culinary career in one of Cebu’s well-known business hotels more than five years ago. He started as a Commis and with his determination to pursue this career made him realized his aspiration.
With the new Chef, he will surely heat things up to bring his culinary creativity to the menu to provide a delightful experience to its guests.
Starting on October 4, 2019, new buffet offerings of Cebu Grand Hotel’s Café Lorenzo will be launched featuring Western and Filipino Cuisines.
