Alpa City Suites launches their “safe stay” campaign where they developed a series of protocols and guidelines ensuring health and safety that will give guests peace of mind and endless hospitality.
Part of the extra measures are the clean and disinfected room seal. A seal of assurance is placed on the guestroom doors to assure guests that their room has not been opened and accessed after it was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
Contactless experience is part of the measures. No more pens and papers, registration of guests upon check-in, ordering of food from the menu, no longer require pens and papers. Guests are given a digital alternative which is the QR Code scanning and digital forms. Even the pens and papers inside the rooms have been removed.
The housekeeping department has improved its disinfecting process and increased the frequency using government approved disinfecting and sanitizing agents. The use of ultraviolet light (UV light) to sanitize surfaces and key cards is also done frequently.
Limited number of guests allowed in public areas and elevators is strictly implemented. While the front-office has updated its express check-in and check-out process for guests to minimize contact.
Cash-free methods of payment are available and highly encouraged. Posters with information on cleaning and disinfection procedures are displayed in each room and public areas.
This program aims to show the hotel’s strong commitment to creating a safe and healthy experience for its guests and for the protection of its employees. All processes shall be updated regularly based on DOH and DOT guidelines and recommendations.
