Chef June Fernandez

Fernandez brings almost 19 years of gastronomical experience across local and international renowned hotels. He gained his expertise by joining competitions which exposed him to Western and European cuisines.

He is the Regional Head of the World Association of Master Chefs Philippines Chapter and an active member of Chaine Des Rotisseurs Philippines and Slow Food Cebu Movement for five years. 

Fernandez is ready to present a new level of culinary expertise with his advocacy of introducing Cebuano cuisines with a global twist to our usual food routine with the use of our finest local ingredients.   

With his passion and strong innovation, he will continue to develop an enticing food menu options and beverage concepts to give our guests a remarkable dining experience in the hotel.
